First minimum payment for Carnival in Rio is $200.00 due before June 29, 2008. (This payment is Non-refundable because this payment will go towards R/T airline ticket and Beach front condo deposit). Second minimum payment of $200.00 is due before July 25, 2008. (This payment is Non-refundable because this payment will go towards R/T airline ticket and Beach front condo deposit). Third minimum payment of $200.00 is due before August 29, 2008. (This Payment is also non-refundable because this is the payment for the remaining cost R/T airline ticket and Beach front condo deposit). Fourth minimum payment of $200.00 is due before September 26, 2008. (This Payment is also non-refundable because this is the payment for the remaining cost R/T airline ticket and Beach front condo deposit). Fifth minimum payment of $200.00 is due before October 31, 2008. (This Payment is also non-refundable because this is the payment for the remaining cost R/T airline ticket and Beach front condo deposit). Sixth minimum payment of $200.00 is due before November 28, 2008. (This Payment is also non-refundable because this is the payment for the remaining cost R/T airline ticket and Beach front condo deposit). Final Payment for Carnival in Rio is due before December 26, 2008 (This Payment is also non-refundable because this is the payment for the remaining cost R/T airline ticket and Beach front condo deposit).

Balhers Travel Club AKA BTC arranged the the vacation advertised on the web site. The Participant(s) acknowledge receiving and agreeing to these terms and conditions set forth below covering the trip operated by BTC. Reservations/Payments: All deposits that go towards your total package price are due to reserve your trip and will be used to make any payments for reservations (Hotel, apartment, R/T airline tickets ect.) for your trip. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE!! Payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions in this agreement upon receipt of deposit. BTC will send a confirmation/invoice vie email to you. Full payment is due 30 days prior to departure.
Late Payments: Accounts not paid in full by the due date will be subject to a
$150 dollars late penalty. Accounts that are over 10 calendar days late will
be automatically cancelled and subject to our Cancellation Policy outlined
below. If a client wishes to re-instate an account he/she will be subject to
the late fee of $100 dollars as well as a rebooking fee of $50 dollars. The
rebooking of the tour package will be subject to availability and any increase
in price which will be the responsibility of the client. NOTE: Once the duration of your trip is chosen it is final!!! If you choose to change the duration or make any changes to your itinerary, all cost incurred to make the changes will be the responsibility of the signer / customer! BTC will no be responsible for any cost incurred to have a duration changed once the 1st deposit and application are turned in!!
