EXAMPLE DEPOSIT PLAN:
First deposit of $550.00 minimum due before October 19, 2007 with signed application. NOTE: (This payment is Non-refundable because this payment will go towards R/T airline ticket, and Beach front condo deposit). Second Payment of $550.00 is due before November 16, 2007. (This payment is Non-refundable because this payment will go towards R/T airline ticket, and Beach front condo deposit).
Third Payment of $550.00 is due before December 14, 2007. (This payment is Non-refundable because this payment will go towards R/T airline ticket, and Beach front condo deposit).
The Final Payment of the remaining cost of the trip is due before January 11, 2008. (NOTE: This Payment is also non-refundable because this is the payment for the remaining cost R/T airline ticket, and Beach front condo deposit!).
NOTE: The Beach front Apartments locations are on a first come first serve bases and seniority, BUT those who stick to the payment plan will be guaranteed the BEST beach front locations!!!
NOTE:
Balhers Travel Club AKA BTC and referred to as BTC 297 Knollwood Road, Suite 306 White Plains, NY, 10603 arranged the the vacation advertised on the web site. The Participant(s) acknowledge receiving and agreeing to these terms and conditions set forth below covering the trip operated by BTC.Reservations/Payments: All deposits that go towards your total package price are due to reserve your trip and will be used to make any payments for reservations (Hotel, apartment, R/T airline tickets ect.) for your trip! ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE!! Payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions in this agreement upon receipt of deposit. BTC will send a confirmation/invoice vie email to you. Full payment is due 30 days prior to departure.
Late Payments: Accounts not paid in full by the due date will be subject to a $150 dollars late penalty. Accounts that are over 10 calendar days late will be automatically cancelled and subject to our Cancellation Policy outlined below. If a client wishes to re-instate an account he/she will be subject to the late fee of $100 dollars as well as a rebooking fee of $50 dollars. The rebooking of the tour package will be subject to availability and any increase in price which will be the responsibility of the client.
Once the duration of your trip is chosen it is final!!! If you choose to change the duration or make any changes to your itinerary, all cost incurred to make the changes will be the responsibility of the signer / client! BTC will no be responsible for any cost incurred to have a duration changed once the 1st deposit is made!!

WEDNESDAY:
· Leisure Day!!

· 8:00pm – 10pm ‘Day trip to Buzios’. Sail around of Rio de Janeiro Islands, drinks, lunch, and return back to Rio de Janeiro
